You may return an item within 15 days from the date of delivery. We reserve the right to return the item after this period. In order for the items to be eligible for return, they must be unworn, unmarked, unaltered and unwashed. They should not have any stains or marks or scent stains of any kind. In such a case we hold the right to refuse the return.
When returning an item make sure the tag and label are intact. Otherwise the return will not be accepted.
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
In an event of a fault in your purchase, make sure to reach out to us within 2 days after the item is delivered. We will be happy to repair or alter the item and in case that is not possible, your payment will be refunded. However, we hold the right to refuse repair/alteration or refund if you fail to reach out to us within 2 days post delivery.
